Product teams often assume dashboards fail because of tooling or design, but the real issue is usage. Dashboards sit outside the user workflow, so adoption drops quickly after initial curiosity. Most are built for reporting, not decision-making in context. To increase adoption, analytics must be embedded into the product experience, with insights appearing at the moment decisions are made.
