Claude Dashboards vs. Reveal: Which Is Right for Your Product?

Choosing customer-facing analytics is a build-or-buy decision about your product—not a feature checklist. Join a decision clinic that distinguishes internal exploration from a product experience your customers rely on, then examines the architecture, engineering responsibilities, and costs behind each approach.

Reveal at the Center of Your Build-versus-Embed Decision

Reveal is an SDK-first embedded analytics platform for SaaS companies and software vendors that want dashboards, reporting, and conversational AI inside their applications—not in a separate BI tool. Its positioning centers on application-native integration, fully white-labeled experiences, and enterprise control over deployment, access policies, and AI usage, with flat-rate analytics pricing and AI cost guardrails.

Reveal is made by Infragistics, the host of this session. We will use shared evaluation criteria, distinguish documentation from hands-on findings, and avoid treating undocumented capabilities as limitations. The approaches need not be rivals: explore with Claude, ship with Reveal is a coexistence model to evaluate against your product’s needs.

What you'll learn

  • Decide whether owning the analytics implementation supports product differentiation or diverts engineering from the core product.
  • Evaluate architecture and deployment fit, including the integration and maintenance responsibilities your team would retain.
  • Define the evidence you need for tenant isolation, access policies, AI query auditability, usage controls, and performance as adoption grows.
  • Compare total cost by separating implementation work, analytics licensing, and model usage—and distinguish internal exploration from customer-facing delivery.

Zdravko Kolev
Zdravko Kolev Zdravko Kolev is Manager of Product Development at Infragistics, where he leads work on Reveal, embedded analytics SDK. His work focuses on developer tooling and on how AI is changing the way software products are built, shipped and used.
In more than 12 years at Infragistics, he spent years fully dedicated to App Builder, the company’s low-code app development platform, and to Ignite UI, its UI component library for web developers. That background in developer tooling, SDK product management and technical content now shapes his work on Reveal. Today he leads a globally distributed team spanning the US, Uruguay and Bulgaria.
He has also driven AI adoption across the organization through hands-on work. He builds MCP servers, RAG pipelines, governance scaffolding and agentic workflows for internal teams, and he designed the AI Skills architecture for the Reveal SDK. That experience shapes his ISTA session, which compares embedded analytics with AI-generated dashboards and asks who should own a product’s customer-facing analytics.
Zdravko has published more than 45 articles on platforms including Solutions Review and the App Builder blog. He is also active in the Bulgarian tech community as a mentor at AIBEST and a lecturer at 9Academy.
